Everyone speaks about how to become successful. Rarely are people ever transparent about what may be on the other side of getting on the hamster wheel disguised as climbing the ladder of success. I had reached a point in my career where I felt like I accomplished all of the goals that a naive Kim Davis could’ve ever dreamed of but I was still feeling incredibly unfulfilled. I had worked with corporate clients such as McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, and The Recording Academy. I also handled high-profile clients including political figures, BET Networks, Cash Money Records, Rostrum Records, ONE MusicFest, Afro Haus, H.E.R., Summer Walker, Daniel Caesar, Boi-1da, Jeremih, Luis Fonsi, and Lucky Daye, Bilal, Myá, amongst many others. But at the then-height of my career, I subsequently quit my job(s) to embark on an eat, pray, love journey so that I could heal myself and eventually bring others with me. (Hey, you!)

As a Life Coach and Public Relations/Branding Consultant, I have extensive experience in talent development, crafting, and executing impactful campaigns, creating strong brand recognition, event production, and monitoring market trends. My work now also centers around cultivating an intimate, one-on-one, safe space that makes room for the creative to remember why they started creating in the first place. My intention is to encourage clients to laminate the feeling of that root motivation so that they can always reference it if their respective industries become dark or too difficult to bear.

No longer should creators be encouraged to create at the expense of self, or with solely monetary gain in mind. To create and share art with the world is a brave and beautifully transcendent process. Let’s continue to do it from an empowered space. Everything else will fall into place!
